Guest Policy

Welcome to Lake Quivira Country Club.

We strive to create an environment that is relaxing, yet worthy of our reputation as a premier private and family club facility.

  • Visitor Access
    • Visitors and vendors will be admitted with Member or Department Head permission and registration with the Gate Access Application or security personnel.

  • Guest Play Policy
    • Full Golfing Members are entitled to have three guests on any one day when guests are allowed. The Head Golf Professional, or General Manager, must approve groups consisting of more than 3 guests in advance.

  • Dress Code
    • Course Dress Code
      • Men’s attire includes a tucked in collared shirt, slacks or Bermuda length shorts
      • Women’s attire includes golf shirts, slacks, skirts, shorts or dresses consistent with current acceptable golf fashion
      • Children are governed by the same rules of attire as adults
      • The following examples are unacceptable: t-shirts, denim, tank tops, cargo shorts, workout/gym clothes and swimwear

      Clubhouse Dress Code
      • Casual dress is appropriate in the dining areas and at most functions at the Clubhouse
      • Shoes and shirts are required at all times in the Clubhouse
      • Swimming apparel, tank tops shirts, and other beach attire is permissible in the Snack Bar and may not be worn elsewhere in the Clubhouse

      Community Center Dress Code
      • All members and guests are required to wear appropriate athletic clothing or swim attire while using any area of the Community Center
      • Proper non-scuffing footwear is required when using the Community Center, except during certain fitness classes and in the locker rooms and pool area
      • Members and guests shall abstain from wearing clothing that may be offensive
      • Management reserves the right to restrict access and usage of the Community Center should any apparel exhibited violate these proper attire rules
  • Pace of Play
    • All players are expected to abide by the following:

      • Complete their round in four hours
      • Always keep up with the group ahead
      • Play "ready golf"
      • Wave the following group through if for any reason there is more than one open hole in front of your group
  • Course Stewardship
    • By acknowledging our maintenance role, Members and guests will show respect for the course and ensure good and fair conditions for all players.

      • Repair all ball marks
      • Replace and repair all divots
      • Rake all bunkers & tap sand from shoes before stepping on the green
      • Strictly observe cart rules and signs
