Aqua: Water Fitness
This class will feature a warm-up, cardio and a cool down in the pool. Participants will work on their core, arms, and legs muscles. A variety of equipment will be used to help participants gain strength, and flexibility, and improve cardiovascular fitness.
Incorporates ballet-type movement to isolate the small muscles. Moves are done in a repetitive manner in order to fatigue the muscles. Ages 12+
Learn and move through fundamental principles of core stabilization and posture alignment with basic Pilates mat work. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control, and muscular symmetry through a variety of strengthening and stretching exercises.

A full body workout that builds strength and endurance.
30-minute, high energy, quick ride that incorporates sprint intervals, challenging climbs, and endurance flats. Come pedal your way to the end of the day with this complete workout.

Get your heart rate up with body weighted exercises, and back and core exercises. An all over body workout that will leave you feeling strong.
Stretch & Strength:
Geared for the golfer, get your heart rate up with body-weighted exercises, and back and core exercises. Integrating components of golf-specific fitness in a conducive full-body workout.
A specific form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. The poses are often adaptations of asanas in modern yoga as exercise. Great for anyone recovering from an injury, living with arthritis, or with artificial joints.
Yoga: Mixed Flow
A style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you seamlessly move from one to another, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that occur if you are doing the same thing every day. Ages 12+
A restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga - the union of body and mind.
More advanced class that incorporates push ups, sit ups, and uses small weights. It amplifies the basic yoga poses and flow in order to tone muscle groups.
Is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Inhalation is usually connected to upward, open movements, while exhalation is often tied to downward movements or twists.
Is an aerobic dance exercise similar to Jazzercise that fuses Latin rhythms and dance styles. With easy-to-follow moves, Zumba is a one-of-a-kind dance fitness class that increases mind-body coordination and builds stamina.
This class provides a mix of strength-based exercises and cardio training aimed to gain peak performance in sports activities. Workign the heat, lungs, and large muscle groups, deep stretching is incorporated to improve performance in all physical activities, while decreasing the risk of injuries.
