Emily Matteson

Emily is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. Her certifications included ACTION and ISSA CPT, as well as AFPA Holistic Nutrition. Emily has her Bachelors Degree in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University. She loves working with people and seeing them succeed! Emily works with a wide range of clients, ranging from ages 10 to 75, all with a variety of goals from weight loss to food freedom. Her life's work is to help people get back to health and find a sustainable way to enjoy life and feel their best. When Emily is not with clients, you'll find her walking with her husband and her Golden Retriever or baking and testing out new recipes in the kitchen.

Annie Gupta

Annie is a a 200CYT (certified yoga teacher) since 2013, from The Yoga School of Therapeutics. She is a member of The Yoga Alliance and has been Barre certified since 2017, from International Ballet Barre Fitness Association. Annie is also Piyo certified 2017, from BeachBody Live, Pilates certified 2018, from ASFA, Group Fitness Boot Camp certified 2018, from ASFA and specializes in Kid Yoga classes as young as 3 years old.

Taylor Valencia

Taylor's passion for educating others effectively and safely through exercise was fortified when she became a certified personal trainer through ACE. She is proud to specialize in corrective exercise science, pre- and post-natal exercise, working with cancer patients, health coaching, and will be a certified doula by 2021. 

Taylor's approach to personal training has been with creativity in mind; she believes it is an art to be able to reshape one’s life for the better through consistency and hard work.

Ronna Blazer

Ronna is a certified Personal Trainer through National Exercise Trainers Association and a certified Group Exercise Instructor through American Council for Exercise.  Ronna has over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry and currently teaches TRX, Barre, Cycling, Boxing, WERQ, HIIT and Core classes. Ronna has an excellent track record of motivating and inspiring people by making her workouts challenging and fun.  She is passionate about healthy living and building lifelong fitness habits. She continues to expand her knowledge by taking a variety of continuing education courses. Outside of the gym, Ronna enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has three active kids that keep her busy. She also loves pickleball, golf, tennis, bike riding, spending time at the lake, traveling and hiking.
